The Nove Colli Granfondo joins the Mille Miglia

Talking about the coexistence of cyclists and motorists is very topical at the moment, so much so that the historic automotive event and the mother of all the granfondos sat down and at the Grand Hotel Da Vinci in Cesenatico to help create more respect between motorists and cyclists.

A meeting full of opinions and ideas, with the mutual promise join each other at their respective and demanding events

"I think that creating a cultural link of coexistence and mutual respect for the rules is the basis for a more serene future along the roads," said the CEO of Mille Miglia, Alberto Piantoni. "I want to thank the organisation of the Nove Colli and the Magistrate Roberto Sgalla for the interesting evening."

"It was a great experience and it's very useful to compare with an important event like the Mille Miglia and its management," added the president of the association that organises the Nove Colli, Alessandro Spada.

"We hope to follow up on this soon. For our part we are already busy with a side event that will take place next June with the second edition of the Safe2go, a cycling event in stages from Versilia to Cesenatico, precisely to raise awareness of this type of culture."
