Thursday, September 21st:

• From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM: Race packet pickup reserved for reservations made through the race kit+hotel option. Located at the headquarters of G.C. Fausto Coppi (Via del Lavoro 22, Villamarina).

Friday, September 22nd:

• From 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM: Opening of the Nove Colli Village, located at the headquarters of G.C. Fausto Coppi (Via del Lavoro 22, Villamarina). Race kit pickup for all participants and activities at the stands of the 52nd Nove Colli's partner organizations.

Saturday, September 23rd:

• From 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM: Opening of the Nove Colli Village, located at the headquarters of G.C. Fausto Coppi (Via del Lavoro 22, Villamarina). Race kit pickup for all participants and activities at the stands of the 52nd Nove Colli's partner organizations.
• 2:30 PM: Inauguration of the new Ciclodrome (Via Litorale Marina).
• 3:30 PM: Official start of the Mini Nove Colli by Gobik at the new Ciclodrome. Gathering from 2:00 PM.
• 5:00 PM: "Fedelissimi" awards ceremony at the Nove Colli Village.
• 6:30 PM: Presentation of the Dream Team #NoveColli4Romagna at the Nove Colli Village.

Sunday, September 24th: 

• 6:00 AM: Grids opening at Colonia Agip (Via G. Carducci).
• 7:00 AM: Red Grid start, with all other grids starting in real-time intervals of four minutes after the last participant in the previous grid. Controlled-speed transfer to Km 0, where the timing of the race begins.
• 8:15 AM: Start of the grid dedicated to "Laltro percorso"
• 9:30 AM: Opening of the Pasta Party at Colonia AGIP.
• From 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM: Live streaming on the Nove Colli Facebook channel.
• 1:00 PM: Awards ceremony for the top 3 finishers in the 170km and 130km routes, both male and female.
• 6:00 PM: Celebration of the last arrival and event closure.
