Everything is ready for the 2026 edition of the Nove Colli, and the final registration figures confirm participation from as many as 43 countries.
Riders will arrive from every Italian region, while 102 out of Italy’s 110 provinces will be represented. The average age of participants is 50 years old: the youngest rider, born in 2009, will still be 16 years old on race day, while the oldest participant, born in 1943, will turn 83 next October.
A total of 237 cyclists will celebrate their tenth participation, while 392 “Fedelissimi” riders will line up having already completed more than ten editions of the Granfondo. After Italy, the most represented countries are Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Austria and the United Kingdom.
The event officially begins on Friday, 22 May, with the opening of the Nove Colli Village in Piazza Andrea Costa, where riders will collect their race numbers and visit the event sponsors’ exhibition stands. Saturday, 23 May, will start with the social ride organised by Enervit, followed in the afternoon by the traditional Mini Nove Colli at the Ciclodromo, before the Fedelissimi award ceremony and the presentation of the Dream Team.
On Sunday, 24 May, the race will start at 6:00 a.m. in front of the Agip Colony, while all participants will be welcomed at the finish line by the traditional Pasta Party organised by Marè.
