After the great success of last year’s edition, all cycling enthusiasts will once again be able to enjoy dishes specially prepared by Chef Omar Casali at the finish line.
Nove Colli proves to be special once again in 2025, adding a refined touch confirmed by the success of 2024: the pasta party will again be hosted by Marè, with dishes by Chef Omar Casali making this iconic moment even more memorable. If last year was a bold bet, this year it’s a solid confirmation: all cyclists, after their tremendous effort, will be able to enjoy top-quality dishes crafted by a truly exceptional chef. The work of an outstanding team of professionals will be further enriched by the support of the students from the hospitality school in Cervia.
The Menu
Starting with great classics like pasta with tomato sauce and baked green lasagna, and moving on to focaccia with mortadella, tomato, and local Romagna olive oil, as well as sausage with potatoes. The spotlight will also shine on our sea with local mullet enhanced by radicchio and onion. For vegetarians, there’s a special rice salad. Of course, there will be plenty of fruit and Parmesan cheese too.
