• 10 AM: Opening of Cicloevento International Expo.

Saturday, May 18:

• From 9 AM to 10 PM: Race bib check at the Palazzo del Turismo Cesenatico  (via Roma 112) - Race packet gadget collection and partner stand opening at Nove Colli Village (Piazzale Andrea Costa)
• 9:30 AM: Social ride with Fabio Aru at the Enervit stand at Nove Colli Village
• 11:30 AM: Social ride with Alejandro Valverde at the Gobik stand at Nove Colli Village
• 3:30 PM: Official start of the Mini Nove Colli by Gobik at the new Cycle Track. Meeting from 2 PM.
• 5 PM: “Fedelissimi” awards at Nove Colli Village
• 6:30 PM: Dream Team #NoveColli4Children presentation at Nove Colli Village

Sunday, May 19:

• 5 AM: Grid opening at Colonia Agip (via G. Carducci)
• 6 AM: Start of the Red Grid, all others at real-time intervals of four minutes from the last starter of the previous grid.
• 6:45 AM: Start of the grid dedicated to Gravel routes.
• 7 AM: Start of the green grid dedicated to "Laltro percorso".
• 8:30 AM: Opening of the Pasta Party at Colonia AGIP.
• 12:30 PM: Awards for the top 3 finishers in the 200km and 130km routes, both male and female.
• 5 PM: Celebration of the last finisher and closing of the event.
